Uniform

Our staff are required to dress in uniform for orientation.

Culinary

• White or black chef coat
• Black or check slacks
• Black skid proof safety shoes

Banquet Servers/Bartenders

Required:

• Black long-sleeved button down men's dress shirt
• Solid black long tie
• Black tuxedo pants
• Black socks
• Black polished safety shoes

Recommended:

• White long-sleeved oxford shirt with button down collar
• White wing-tipped collar tuxedo shirt
• Black cummerbund
• Black bow tie
• Clean white t-shirt

All Others:

• White polo shirt
• Black Slacks (Jeans are not acceptable)
• Black safety shoes
• Black socks
